Terms & Conditions
We welcome and support projects from a diverse range of categories: Art, Comics, Crafts, Dance, Design, Fashion, Film & Video, Food, Games, Journalism, Music, Photography, Publishing, Technology, and Theater. Here are the essential rules every WazooSpark project must follow.

**Note:**
WazooSpark showcases only eight projects at a time. We receive numerous project proposals daily, and we meticulously review all pitch decks and materials, selecting a limited number for qualification. Once your project has been reviewed and meets our criteria, it will be placed in the queue. Additionally, we will highlight upcoming projects to provide advance notice and increased exposure.

1. Launch Your Project: Creators start by creating a project page on WazooSpark, where they detail their idea, funding goal, and the reward(s) options backers will receive.

2. Create Your Pitch Deck: It's essential to include a clear and engaging pitch deck that outlines your offer. This helps supporters understand your vision and what they’ll gain by backing your project.

3. Backers Pledge Support: Interested individuals pledge money to help reach funding goals, selecting from various reward(s) based on their contribution.

4. Ongoing Funding Period: Unlike other Crowdfunding WazooSpark allows the crowdfunding campaign to remain open until they fully reach the goal amount. This gives you more time to gather support and secure necessary funding and overall satisfaction of all participants. ( Note to Creators: The better reward the sweeter and faster result )

5. Goal-Oriented Funding: WazooSpark was designed to help creators achieve their funding targets. The campaign will continue until fully funded, providing opportunities for connection and engagement with backers.

6. Deliver Your Rewards: Once your project is fully funded, you can begin working on it and delivering the promised rewards to your backers, such as products or experiences.
WazooSpark empowers creators to bring their ideas to life while offering backers the chance to support innovative projects.
7. WazooSpark will send you your backers list and you can proceed to reward them.

8. **Projects must create something to share with others.**
WazooSpark is designed for bringing various creations to life: art, gadgets, events, and experiences. Every project needs a clear plan to produce something meaningful for the world. At some point, creators should confidently say, “It’s finished. Here’s what we made. Enjoy!”

9. **Project and backer statistics must be honest and transparent.**
Our community thrives on trust and clear communication. Projects cannot mislead or misrepresent facts. Creators should be upfront about their goals and methods. For projects involving complex manufacturing, like gadgets, showing a prototype is required, and misleading imagery is prohibited. Creators must not misrepresent the number of backers or the funds raised.

10. **Prototype demonstrations must accurately reflect the product’s current state.**
No CGI or special effects should be used to showcase functionalities that aren’t yet developed. If software and hardware integration is involved, creators must clearly demonstrate that functionality or disclose any aspects that are still in development. Misleading visuals, such as photorealistic renderings or heavily edited images, are not allowed.

11. **Projects can’t fundraise for charity.**
While nonprofits can launch projects on WazooSpark, they cannot promise to raise funds for charitable donations. All funds must go directly towards realizing the project outlined by the creator.

12. **Projects can't offer equity.**
Investment opportunities are not permitted on WazooSpark. Projects cannot offer incentives such as equity, revenue sharing, or other investment options.

These rules outline our core values and approach. Final decisions about project appropriateness are based on these guidelines and made at our discretion. For more information on prototypes, imagery standards, and creating clear projects, please refer to our additional resources.
